At One-Piece Toilets, we stand behind the quality of our luxury fixtures and offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, uninstalled condition. Please ensure all original packaging is intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Package Securely

  Place the toilet in its original heavy-duty crate with all internal padding and hardware to prevent transit damage.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup

  Due to the weight of our one-piece units, we will coordinate a specialized freight carrier to collect the item from your curbside.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse confirms the item is uninstalled and undamaged, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
